The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant suites. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located on the first floor of Northway Square East. For questions regarding your mail, please take a copy of your Lease Agreement to the USPS office located at 11036 8th Avenue NE, Seattle, Washington 98125.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large deliveries and freight for Northway Square East take place in the loading zone at the front entry of the building. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
